按教育局(05:00am)宣布：
由於香港天文台預料於上午五時三十分前改發三號熱帶氣旋警告信號，幼稚園的上午班及全日班、肢體傷殘兒童學校及智障兒童學校今日停課。

Important Announcement by Education Bureau at 05:00 am :
As the Hong Kong Observatory expects that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no. 3 will be issued before 5:30 am, classes of AM and whole-day kindergartens, schools for children with physical disability and schools for children with intellectual disability are suspended today.
